  INSTRUCTOR BIOS  
  RYAN CONGER    
  Ryan Conger has been teaching private and group music classes in Logan for over 8 years. He recently graduated from USU in Spring 2008 with a BM in Jazz Studies.

Learn jazz, blues, reggae, rock, folk, funk, music theory and more!  Ryan plays the jazz organ, piano, guitar and bass.  He is an active performing musician in the community in such bands as The Blue Blazers, Way Way East Bay, Orjazm, The Larry Smith Kicks Band, Jazz Pudding, Jebu, The Kiepp Quartet and more.

Conger has been teaching private and group music classes in Logan for over 8 years. He recently graduated from USU in Spring 2008 with a BM in Jazz Studies.
       
  KRIS KROMPEL    
  Guitar instruction for all levels of experience, ranging from rock, metal, classical, jazz, flamenco and country.

Kris Krompel has been teaching guitar for over 13 years, and is currently the guitarist for Katagory V.
   
  EWA WILCZYNSKI    
  Ewa Wilczynski has a Masters degree in Music Education from Marie Curie University in Poland. She has obtained Orff Schulwerk Teachers Training Certification (Levels 1 and 2) from Utah State University. Ewa has taught flute, piano, and music theory for over 25 years in Poland, New Jersey and Utah. Since moving to Logan in 1998, Ewa has volunteered in public schools, and served as director of the Mount Logan Middle School Flute Ensemble. She is currently on the faculty of the USU Youth Conservatory. Ewa is an experienced preschool music teacher and teaches early childhood music classes in Music for the Small and Tall, a program she founded together with Karen Teuscher. She is a member of the HiFalutin’ Flute Choir, the Utah Flute Association and serves on the board of the Utah Chapter of the American Orff Schulwerk Association.
  CHRISTINE BURNINGHAM    
  Christine A. Burningham, MT-BC is a board certified music therapist practicing in Logan, Utah.  She graduated in 2012 from Utah State University where she earned a Bachelor of the Arts in Music Therapy with an emphasis in Music Education and a minor in French.  She has additional certification in Orff - Schulwerk and Kodaly methods of music education for children. Her music therapy internship was located at Sunshine Terrace in Logan, Utah. There she learned to help a variety of individuals with differing needs from ages 3-95.  
Christine has 5 children with 20 years of experience working with children in the home, some with special needs, and helping in the school environment. She has volunteered over the past 15 years in Head Start classrooms, Elementary classrooms, and a Special Needs Institute class on the USU campus. Learning and using music through the child's natural element of "play" is one of her favorite past times.
