The BYU International Folk Dance Ensemble honors the rich traditions of the cultures of the world through dance and music. "The Gathering" will present dances from Eastern and Western Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. The cast and crew of 44, with vibrant and authentic costumes, produces one of the most diverse performing groups in the country. With dance and music from Scotland, French Canada, Slovakia, India, Romania, Hungary, the Ukraine, and America, all accompanied by the group's music ensemble "Mountain Strings," this show is not one to be missed! |
