The Pirates of Penzance is one of the best-loved comic operas of all time. Featuring unforgettable music by Gilbert & Sullivan including “I am the very model of a modern Major General,” “A policeman's lot is not a happy one,” and "I am the Pirate King.” It's now spectacularly performed by Britain's oldest opera company, Carl Rosa Opera.  Winner of 3 Tony Awards, The Pirates of Penzance is a musical comedy for all ages - taking its place as one of the most popular and enduring works of musical theatre.  There is no better way to say "I love you" than with a pair of tickets to the Ellen Eccles Theatre on Valentines Day.
