The Ellen Eccles Theatre, Bullen Arts Center, and the Thatcher-Young Mansion are owned by the City of Logan and operated by the Cache Valley Center for the Arts. CVCA is a Nonprofit Arts organization that was founded in 1989 to present, exhibit, and foster quality arts experiences, and facilitate other appropriate uses of the three facilities. Winner of the 1993 Governor’s Award in the Arts the CVCA encourages widespread community access, tourism, and economic development. From September to May, the Cache Valley Center for the Arts present many premiere artists and touring Broadway productions. Other local organizations offer resident performances throughout various times. Resident organizations include: Utah Festival Opera, Cache Valley Civic Ballet, Cache Regional Theatre Company, Valley Dance Ensemble, and others.

The museum’s permanent collection and rotating exhibits focus on American art produced in the Western Region of the United States. The museum features events free to the public, such as concerts and book readings. Along with its permanent collection, the museum features other art exhibits, which run for six to eight weeks. There are often exhibits located in the Special Collections section of the USU Merrill Library. The Museum also features a campus-wide collection of art and sculpture. The Old Lyric Repertory Company makes its home in the historic Caine Lyric Theatre and is sponsored by Utah State University Department of Theatre Arts. This is a capstone course for theater students in a professional theater atmosphere.
